PURCHASE & DELIVERY TERMS
DELIVERY TIMES
All artwork will be shipped within 5-7 business days of your order. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Orders within the UK will be sent on a 48 hour service. International orders may take up to 15 days for delivery. Depending on your country and the time of year, some orders may be delayed due to customs and holidays.
DELIVERY COSTS
You can estimate the cost of shipping to your location within the shopping cart. These costs include all packaging to ensure that your artwork arrives to you in perfect condition.

If you are ordering from outside the UK any taxes, custom duties and fees that may occur in the receiving country are not included in the delivery costs quoted. These are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to check your countries customs rules to check what these may be.
PACKAGING
All artwork is packed with care and attention to ensure it arrives to you safely and without damage.

All orders shipping to the UK will be packed within a strong cardboard box a few centimetres larger than the artwork itself to allow for sufficient packaging inside.

For orders outside the UK, the artwork will be removed from the frame and the canvas rolled and sent in a mailing tube. The face of the canvas will be covered and rolled in such a way to ensure the painted surface of the artwork is protected. The canvas will then need to be taken to an art framer to be re-stretched over a frame. Typically, this works out much more cost effective than shipping a framed canvas.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
In the case of loss or damage during transit you will be refunded in full. Once your artwork arrives inspect it carefully and in the unlikely case of damage please take photos and email me straight away at kristie@kristielawtonart.co.uk.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & RETURNS
I want all my customers to be happy with their artwork. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and you can send the artwork back.
Please note that buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of any returned items. The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging – ideally the original packaging it was shipped in.
PRESENTATION OF ARTWORK COLOURS
In as far as is possible, the colours shown in the images are representative of the artworks themselves. However, please note that colours may vary depending on your computer/device screen.

USE & COPYRIGHT
The purchase of a piece of Kristie Lawton artwork grants you the right to install and use the painting as interior décor. The artwork must not be altered in any way and reproductions cannot made without the express written agreement of Kristie Lawton, ‘the Artist’.
The Artist holds the copyright to the image of all artworks sold and may use the image at will for promotional materials, prints, publications and the like.
